I am currently in my eighth year as a teacher and it has been the greatest adventure of my life. In that bridge of time, my flexibility and adaptability has been put to the examination. Initially my goal was to foster an environment that promotes meaningful and collaborative learning among my students. I have witnessed the dazzler of classrooms where students are engaged and motivated. But as an educator, I knew that helping my students learn the content through meaningful lessons and activities was not the end goal.

My name is Iqbal and I was born in a remote most village of Punjab, Pakistan.  As a student, I spent about of my time in boarding schools and hostels and immediately after completing my education I got my first job equally a scientific discipline instructor in Maldives.  Till that time I am living abroad moving into different countries.  I am married, begetter of two sons and a lovely girl.

This is my eighteenth year in International instruction and 7th international school. During the last eighteen years, I have gone through a huge shift from being a briefcase teacher to a person who strongly believes in sharing and connectivism. Fifty-fifty though I am still at the lesser level of connectivism and a big lurker simply also having an appearance online. The credit for this mind shift does get to COETAIL, Certificate of Educational Technology and Information Literacy. I beloved to play tennis only my cricket skills are always a hurdle to be very good at tennis.  I am also struggling to reduce my screen time but I think there is a problem with my iPhone which ever gives a report i.e. greater than the previous week.   Swimming, hiking and badminton are likewise my favorites.

Hafiz Qarni grew up in Pakistan, where hecompleted his outset Honours Degree earlier moving to England for higher pedagogy in 2003. Before joining NJIS in 2021, Mr Qarni worked at Qatar Petroleum'south British International Schoolhouse in Qatar.

During his career, Mr Qarni also had additional Instruction and Learning Responsibilities (TLR) and has completed several additional professional development courses/preparation with certifications. For over a decade, he has too worked as an examiner with British Exam boards AQA, MEI, CIE and Pearson Edexcel.
